The Apapa Command of the Nigeria Customs Service has collected a staggering ₦215 billion in revenue using the Unified Customs Management System (UCMS), also known as B’Odogwu, in August 2025.
Despite reported network glitches, the Command’s Customs Area Controller, Babatunde Olomu, has reassured stakeholders of the system’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Comptroller Olomu attributed the impressive revenue collection to the increased confidence and continuous improvement of the B’Odogwu system.

He disclosed that the Comptroller-General of Customs has directed invigorated service from the ICT/Modernisation Department to ensure steady and sustained improvement in B’Odogwu service delivery.
