The Apapa Customs Command has a new leader, Comptroller EOA Oshoba, who has officially taken over from Assistant Comptroller-General (ACG) BO Olomu.

The outgoing CAC, ACG BO Olomu, reflected on his 15-month tenure, highlighting significant achievements in revenue collection, anti-smuggling, and trade facilitation. Some notable accomplishments include :
Record-Breaking Revenue*: N1.834 trillion collected in 2025, with a single-day record of N18.9 billion.
Historic Milestones*: Nigeria’s first African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) shipment from Apapa Port in July 2024.
75 Seizures*: Various items, including fake and expired medicaments, controlled drugs, and used clothing.
