Apapa Customs Command Celebrates Excellence: 200 Officers Decorated with New Ranks

The Nigeria Customs Service, Apapa Command, recently held a decoration ceremony for 200 newly promoted officers, marking a significant milestone in their careers.

The officers were promoted to various ranks, including eight Deputy Comptrollers elevated to Comptroller, 30 Assistant Comptrollers to Deputy Comptroller, and 35 Superintendents to Chief Superintendent of Customs.

The Customs Area Controller, Comptroller Emmanuel Oshoba, implored the newly promoted officers to uphold the highest ethical standards required by the Service.

He emphasized that the promotions were a testament to hard work and dedication, charging the officers to demonstrate greater commitment to their responsibilities and deliver impactful results.
