In a  powerful address,  Comptroller Emmanuel Oshoba, the Customs Area Controller of Apapa Command has passionately charged newly promoted Deputy and Assistant Comptrollers of Customs to wholeheartedly embrace innovation, integrity , and continuous learning  as they step into  higher responsibilities within the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS).

Speaking at the opening session of a  special training session tailor-made for these elevated officers  Comptroller Oshoba warmly congratulated  the participants on their well-deserved  career advancement  stressing that their promotions  are both  a reward  for hard work and  a call to greater service .
