NCS Warns Against Fraudsters Impersonating the Officials on Social Media

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) is bringing to the awareness of general public,  a crucial scam alert  as regards the escalating activities of fraudulent entities preying on unsuspecting individuals through social media platforms, falsely claiming association with the NCS for purposes of auctions or recruitment. NCS National Public Relations Officer Abdullahi Maiwada  released the scam alert for the CGC Adeniyi, through a press release on Monday 13th of November 2023. Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Operation Unit, Zone A has intercepted 14, 825 litres of Premium Motor Spirit ( PMS), 5,033 pieces of hide and skin concealed in 730 sack in 40 feet container and other contraband valued at N1.2 billion from the South West axis of the country.
