The Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria (MARAN) came together on Thursday, December 19, 2024, to celebrate the end of the year with prayers, thanksgiving, and reflections on the blessings of the past year.
In a spirit of gratitude, MARAN President Godfrey Bivbere acknowledged the association’s successes in 2024, attributing its growth and progress to the help of God and maritime stakeholders.
He charged members to redouble their efforts in 2025, pursuing developmental journalism that promotes the growth of the maritime sector.
The event featured a special prayer session led by Pastor Ezekiel Vincent, who commended MARAN for recognizing the importance of thanksgiving in opening doors to future blessings.
The celebration was marked by music, dance, and refreshments, as members came together to express their gratitude for the past year.
