In an exciting development, Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) of Customs, Zone ‘A’, Mohammed Babandede has pledged stronger collaboration with the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) – Western Zone to significantly improve revenue generation and enhance national security
This powerful commitment was agreed upon on Thursday, the 16th of October 2025, when ACG Babandede warmly hosted ANLCA Western Zone Coordinator, Chief Femi Anifowose and his team at his office.

ACG Mohammed Babandede emphasized that this crucial engagement underscores the critical need for seamless synergy between Customs and ANLCA to eliminate trade bottlenecks, robustly support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s National Single Window (NSW) initiative and propel Nigeria toward a staggering $1 trillion economy.
